The Rigicon Dilatom™ is a dual-functioning tool that combines the capabilities of a corporal dilator and cavernotome into one innovative instrument. Its unique design allows it to dilate the corpora cavernosa when inserted, and with a simple twist, it performs the function of a cavernotome.  

The Rigicon Dilatom™ features four essential functions in a single surgical tool – two dilator tips, a cavernotome, and a sizer. This all-in-one integration streamlines corporal preparation for penile prosthesis implantation.

The lateral blades are designed for increased safety, allowing surgeons of differing familiarity in the procedure to operate with minimized risk of perforation or crossover.
